LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department is holding a press conference to discuss recruitment and retention.
The event is set to start at 10:30 a.m.
Speakers will be Mayor MaryJane Dolan, City Manager Wynter Benda and Lynchburg Police Chief Ryan Zuidema. Members of City Council will also present.
