Guns, vehicles and more stolen from Bath County hunting cabins

Sheriff’s Office investigating the string of break-ins

BATH COUNTY, Va. – A string of break-ins in the northern part of Bath County has led to some high-profile items being stolen.

The Bath County Sheriff’s Office says that items were stolen from multiple hunting cabins as the suspects forced entry into the back doors of buildings, cutting chains and locks to break-in.

Here’s a list of what the Sheriff’s Office said has been stolen:

  • 2016 Camo-colored Can-Am 4-wheeler
  • 2012 green Kawasaki MULE
  • Homelite generator
  • 12-gauge shotgun
  • .22-caliber rifle with scope
  • Assorted tools
  • Assorted household items
  • Antique red/blue vase
  • Antique blue/greenish ceramic horse figurine
  • Chain saw
  • Camping equipment

A reward is being offered for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
