BLACKSBURG, Va. – 2020 just had to rain on another parade.
The Blacksburg Parks and Recreation announced that the North Pole Fantasy Reverse Holiday Parade that was supposed to happen Friday at 7:00 p.m. has been canceled because of inclement weather.
