SALEM, Va. – Three people have tested positive for coronavirus within the Salem City School District.
Officials say two people tested positive within the Salem High School community and one person has tested positive at Sout Salem Elementary since Aug. 31.

No one was quarantined because officials say the local health department determined that there was no known exposure at either school.
