BEDFORD, Va. – According to the Bedford Fire Department, units responded to a car crash with partial ejection near Burks Hill Road.
First responders say upon arrival, they found heavy damage and multiple patients.

The car reportedly attempted to elude police when it exited the bypass at a high rate of speed and lost control.
Officials say one passenger was partially ejected and sent to the hospital in serious conditions, two others were hurt but not seriously injured.
