CARROLL COUNTY, Va. – A tractor-trailer crash has caused a 6-mile backup on I-77 in Carroll County, according to the Virginia Dept. of Transportation.
Authorities say the crash is near mile marker 19 and has closed the northbound left shoulder, left lane and right lane. Traffic is getting by on the right shoulder.
