Roanoke, Va. – More than 100 APCo customers are without power after a car crash around 9 p.m. Saturday, according to the power company's website. A small part of Grandin Road is shut down between Hope Road and Windsor Hills Baptist Church.
As of 10 a.m., power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m.
