Drivers heading south on Interstate 81 in Botetourt County can expect delays due to a multi-vehicle crash.
According to VDOT, the crash happened at mile marker 147.6.
As of 5:47 p.m., the south left shoulder and left lane are closed. Traffic backups are approximately 4 miles.
