WATCH: Maryland Gov. Moore, Secy. Buttigeig hold news conference on Baltimore bridge collapse

At about 3:30 p.m., Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigeig held a news conference on the Baltimore bridge collapse.
