ROANOKE, Va. – Virginia's first Earth Fare is about to open.
Crews are getting the new healthy style grocery store ready for its grand opening Wednesday.
In addition to groceries, the store will also feature Earth Fare's heirloom organic café and juice bar, salad bar and sandwich counter.
Shoppers will also find organic choices in packaged meals-on-the-go.
"We look for communities that have a focus on health and wellness. Roanoke was the perfect match for us. Earth Fare has a goal to make healthy eating easy and accessible for everyone. We want everyone to come and find out how you can live longer with Earth Fair," spokesperson Laurie Aker, at Earth Fare said.
The grand opening is Wednesday at 7 a.m.
