CARROLL COUNTY – Carroll County emergency crews rescued a woman in high water.
The emergency services director says Brush Creek was flooding and they rescued a woman from the 4000 block of Ivanhoe Road in Fries.
There was at least one home with about a foot of water inside, and several other buildings and barns had two to three feet of water.
Crews also had many calls for downed trees and washed out roads overnight.
