According to a release from Blue Ridge Racing, Angell has decided to focus his efforts on his coaching business. The new owner is no stranger to the business. Molly Bullington, long time employee and Assistant Race Director bought Angell's portion.

"I am excited to pass the torch to Molly so she can make these races continue to thrive. Next Level Fitness and Healing has recently grown to the point where it needs my full attention. I have full confidence in Molly's ability to nurture and grow Roanoke Valley's premier road running races. Her passion for running shows in her dedication to these events," said Angell.

Molly has worked for 12 years in race management with Odyssey Adventure Racing under the leadership of Angell. During her tenure with Odyssey, she managed adventure races, triathlons, rogaines, trail running races, and was the Assistant Race Director for the Foot Levelers Blue Ridge Marathon and the Lewis Gale Half Marathon and associated races.

"I am grateful for the opportunity that Ronny has given me. I am excited to continue to grow these races and continue to develop quality events in Virginia's Blue Ridge," said Bullington. "We haven't seen the last of Ronny Angell either- he will continue to mentor me and help out on race day for some time to come."
