WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) - Authorities in Prince William County say no charges will be filed in the October stabbing of a Manassas man.
County police said Monday that after conferring with homicide investigators, Commonwealth's Attorney Paul Ebert determined that the death of 48-year-old Stephen C. Brown was a case of self-defense.
