Waldvogel Commercial Properties said in a release the Locker Room Lofts blends historic elements of the original 1950s building with contemporary design to create an industrial, urban vibe. The renovated building will have over 50 units, including studios, one- and two bedroom apartments, live-work spaces, and one dedicated commercial space.

It will also have 15,000 square feet of historically preserved athletic facilities. Residents will have free access to an indoor swimming pool, basketball and racquetball courts, an elevated running track and a fitness center. Other amenities will include a rooftop deck, enclosed courtyard, pet green space, community vegetable garden, and personal storage units.

More information on the locker Room lofts is available at http://www.thelockerroomlofts.com. Late summer opening is anticipated.
