 LYNCHBURG (WSLS)- Police in Lynchburg are investigating the shooting of a local attorney. Officers were called to the Lynchburg River Loft apartments just before 9 p.m. Saturday night.
When they arrived to the 1000 block of Jefferson street, they found a man who had been shot. Police say that man is Joseph Sanzone, an attorney with Sanzone and Baker Law in Lynchburg.   Â

He was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
No word on a suspect.
