LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) - Liberty University had a big turnout for its Be the Match Bone Marrow Registry Drive.
More than 600 students, faculty, and staff came out Friday. To put that in perspective we're told an average college campus drive typically attracts about 75 people.

The organization called the response "amazing".
Be the Match helps pair people who need a bone marrow transplant with donors. To become a possible donor you have to get your cheek swabbed for DNA.
So many people came out they ran out of the kits and had to set up a temporary website for people to order a home swabbing kit.
