MALIBU, CA (WSLS) - Malibu authorities say olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner passed a sobriety test and now investigators will ask him for his cell phone to see if he was texting while driving before his SUV was involved in a deadly crash.
The Los Angeles County sheriff's department says all drivers involved in Saturdays crash will likely be asked to voluntarily provide their phones.
