Lt. Nathan O'Dell says Hogan was found in an abandoned building and was arrested without incident.

Law enforcement from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Montgomery County were involved in the search.

O'Dell says during a final sweep of the area police where they were searching, they heard a noise and that's when they found Hogan.

In Alabama, Hogan is wanted on probation violation and failure to appear in court. He is also wanted in Georgia.

Earlier this evening, State Police initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle that was speeding. The vehicle stopped, but then took off, and police pursued the vehicle.

The vehicle crashed in the 3500 block of Meadowbrook Drive. Hogan and a woman got out of the car and ran.

State police arrested the woman. Hogan is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail.

This is an ongoing investigation.
