Pasta Florentina
Ingredients:
8 oz. Cooked penne pasta
2 oz. Fresh Spinach
2 oz. Sliced Roasted Red Pepper
2 oz. Sliced Onions
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 oz. Minced fresh garlic
2 oz. Chicken Stock
Preparation: Preheat oven 350 F. In a bowl combine the pasta with all other ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese, toss gently. Place all combined ingredients in a heat resistant container top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Served with garlic bread and enjoy!!
