Pico de Gallo Mexican Pasta

1 pound rotini pasta

2 tablespoons butter

1 container fresh Food Lion Pico de Gallo

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup mexican blend cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cilantro

Prepare pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, heat butter in large skillet or wok. Add half of prepared Pico de Gallo, and stir to coat. Sprinkle with chili powder. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Once pasta is cooked, drain, then add to simmering Pico. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and remaining cooled Pico de Gallo. When cheese is slightly melted, remove from heat and serve. Top with additional cilantro.
