ROANOKE (WSLS 10) -- Due to inclement weather, Field Entertainment, the promoter of Monster Jam, has added an extra performance for those ticket holders who may not be able to get to Saturday's shows.
Customers who have purchased tickets to the Saturday 2:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. performances but are unable to attend due to inclement weather may exchange their tickets at the Berglund CenterBox Office for Sunday 1 p.m. best available tickets. Additionally, customers who have purchased tickets but are unable to attend any remaining show times due to inclement weather should call the Box Office for further information.

Monster Jam® Saturday 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. shows will proceed as scheduled, Sunday Party in the Pits Added
Ticketholders may exchange their Friday or Saturday tickets for Saturday or ADDED Sunday performance
As previously communicated, the Friday, January 22nd, 7:30 p.m. performance of Monster Jam® at Berglund Center has been postponed to Sunday, January 24th at 1:00 p.m. Ticket holders for the Friday 7:30 performance can either retain their original Friday night ticket which will be honored at the Sunday performance, or they may exchange their tickets at the Berglund Center Box Office, 710 Williamson Road, Roanoke, 24016, for a ticket to one of the two Saturday show times.
Show Times:
Saturday, January 23rd at 2 p.m.**
Saturday, January 23rd at 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, January 24th at 1 p.m. (ADDED SHOW TIME)
Customers for the Friday 7:30 p.m. show time will retain their original seat locations should they choose to attend the Sunday 1 p.m. performance. For Friday customers who choose to attend a Saturday performance, equal seating cannot be guaranteed but customers will receive the best seats available at the time of exchange.
Customers who have purchased tickets to the Saturday 2:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. performance but are unable to attend due to inclement weather may exchange their tickets at the Box Office for Sunday 1 p.m. best available tickets.
To better accommodate customers who are unable to attend the Party in the Pits prior to the Saturday 2 p.m. show time, an additional Party in the Pits has been scheduled for Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Customers with tickets and Pit Passes for the 2 p.m. Saturday show time will be able to enter the Party in the Pits on Sunday with their original Pit Pass. Customers who would like to purchase Pit Passes for Sunday may do so at the Box Office. Pit Passes are $10 per person.
**Saturday's Party in the Pits remains scheduled for 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Guests must have a Pit Pass and a ticket to the Saturday 2 p.m. show time to attend.
Customers are asked to use caution and discretion when deciding whether to attend one of this weekend's performances. The Berglund Center Box Office will attempt to accommodate customers who are unable to attend any performances due to inclement weather.
