Marshall presents the weather Saturday and Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and you can see him during the week at 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
He joined Your Local Weather Authority in May of 2022 and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2018 before heading straight to Fargo, North Dakota for his first position as Morning Meteorologist at KVRR Local News.
Marshall experienced just about every kind of weather imaginable growing up with a parent in the Air Force and moving around the country. Coming to Roanoke marks his 11th move! Each move brought fun new experiences, and he is glad he gets to explore Virginia next.
He is always open to learning about something new, but some particular favorites over the years are comics (he’s read every issue of Fantastic Four), Formula One, and cooking. You can reach him through email and on social media.
