Lawyers say it will be impossible to find an impartial jury in Massachusetts. He has plead not guilty. He could face the death penalty if convicted on any capital charges. Two Washington and Lee University professors are part of his defense team.
If you live in Martinsville you can start recycling your live Christmas trees this week. The trees are ground into mulch and used by Gateway Streetscape Foundation on various plant beds throughout the community. You have until Friday, January 23, 2015 to get it to the curb or you can deliver your tree to the Martinsville Jail Annex.Â
