ROANOKE, Va. – A water main break is affecting traffic in front of Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital on Thursday morning.
A burst pipe buckled part of Belleview Ave. Crews will have to tear the road up to figure out what happened, so Belleview Ave. will be closed for hours between Hamilton Terrace and South Jefferson (Reserve Ave.).
