ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – A tractor-trailer accident is causing delays on I-64 in Rockbridge County, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at mile marker 47 on the eastbound side. All eastbound lanes are closed, and traffic is backed up for about 1.5 miles.
