PULASKI COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A crash caused major delays on Interstate 81 South in Pulaski County on Wednesday afternoon.
At mile marker 104.9, just south of where the interstate crosses over the New River, both the right lane and right shoulder were closed after a vehicle crash.
