NELSON COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A home in Nelson County is likely a total loss after a fire broke out on Friday afternoon.
Fire officials said it started at about 1:30 p.m. and the home was engulfed within minutes. The fire happened near Paulie's Pig Out along Route 6.

About 20 different crews, including Virginia State Police and forestry officials responded.
There are no hydrants in the area, so water had to be trucked to the scene.
As of last check, no one required a trip to the hospital.
