David Eisenhauer's trial in Nicole Lovell case set for November

CHRISTIANSBURG (WSLS 10) - A new trial date is set for David Eisenhauer, the man accused of killing 13-year-old Nicole Lovell.

Eisnehauer's lawyers asked a judge last month to delay his trial. It had been scheduled to begin March 6.

The trial, scheduled for 10 days, will now begin November 6.

Lawyers for Eisenhauer and Natalie Keepers, who is also charged in the case, will still be in court Monday to argue over whether media cameras will be allowed in the courtroom.

Keepers' lawyers have also asked to delay her trial which is set for five days, beginning March 27.

Eisenhauer is charged with first-degree murder, abduction and concealing a body.

Keepers is charged with accessory before the fact to first-degree murder and with concealing a body.
