ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Roanoke police are investigating a shooting that happened on Monday afternoon.
They say 27-year-old Patrick Karnwie, of Roanoke was shot at about 4:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Fairfax Avenue.
He was taken to Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made and police say the investigation is ongoing.
