(WSLS 10) - The trial continues today for the Roanoke man charged with first degree murder. Adrian Simmons was indicted by a grand jury in June of last year. He is charged with killing Kendall Wallace in April of last year.

Literacy Volunteers of Campbell County Library holds its annual Chocoholic Frolic today. People from the community will enter their best chocolate desserts, competing for awards as people from the community vote for their favorites. Takeout boxes are available for a suggested donation of $5. Proceeds benefit literacy programs.

The Lynchburg Museum holds a program today about the city's role in World War I. The program coincides with the opening of a new exhibit about what the city was like 100 years ago. The presentation begins at 3 p.m. It's free for museum members and $10 for non-members.

Adam Levine gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today. The singer, musician and occasional actor's star will be in front of a music school. Levine is a coach on NBC's The Voice.
