ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - The Roanoke‐Blacksburg Regional Airport Commission and Uber have signed an operating agreement that is in compliance with all Virginia and local ordinances.

Effective immediately, travelers can use the Uber app to request a ride to and from the Roanoke‐Blacksburg Regional Airport.
RBRAC officials have been working for months to find a solution to allow the ride service company to operate at the airport in a way that works within the airport's regulatory infrastructure and the company's business model.
