GRAYSON COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Deputies say David Rutherford, of Fries, has been arrested near Ivanhoe.
Rutherford and his accomplice Amber Daniels picked up a man near the Fries Dollar General on Monday night, and took the him against his will to a secluded site. Deputies say Rutherford demanded the victim's wallet and other valuables at gunpoint.
Deputies arrested Daniels on Tuesday.
