Here’s the recipe:
Roasted potatoes (Yukon gold or any of your choice) Sautéed onions and peppers Pulled pork Golden BBQ sauce (mustard based sauce) Cheddar cheese Over easy egg.
Large dice and roast potatoes in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Mix sautéed onions and peppers with potatoes, put into bowl and cover with cheese. Melt in the oven. Heat the pulled pork in a pan with the golden bbq sauce until hot…put it on top of the potato mixture and top with an over easy egg.
