Lynchburg police searching for alleged cell phone thief


LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) – Lynchburg police is looking for this woman in connection to a cell phone theft at the River Ridge Mall in Lynchburg.

Police are trying to identify this woman who they say attempted to sell the stolen smartphone on September 26.
