Amber Alert cancelled, Charlotte County girl found safe

UPDATE: Annabelle Doretha Hope Richardson has been found safe.


CHARLOTTE COUNTY (WSLS 10) - An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing, abducted 4-year-old girl from Charlotte County.

Annabelle Doretha Hope Richardson was last seen on November 9 at 5 p.m. at 400 Thomas Jefferson Highway in Charlotte, Va.

She is believed to be in extreme danger.

She is 3-feet-tall, weighs about 20 pounds, has short blonde hair and green eyes. Also, her front tooth is broken.

The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office says she is with 24-year-old Dylan James Richardson.

He is 5-feet-10-inches-tall, weighs about 140 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.

The two may be traveling in a burgundy 1995 Chevy van with Virginia plates VMG-2332 toward New Jersey.
