The last to know: Big Brother contestants react to news of election

Chizo Obi, Media General – NASHVILLE, TENN. (MEDIA GENERAL) --- Shortly after 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning, Donald Trump took to the New York Hilton stage to formally accept the presidency of the United States.

Essentially split down the middle, the American people are at odds about Trump's victory---many are excited for the future, many are rioting in the streets.

But what would it be like to find out after the fact?

For six Americans, this was reality -- reality television, that is!

On Thursday evening, the remaining contestants of Big Brother: Over the Top, a reality-TV competition show where players are placed under surveillance 24-7 and have no contact from the outside world in hopes of winning $500,000, were informed about the presidential election by host Julien Chen.
