(WSLS 10) - Lynchburg City Council holds a public hearing tonight about changes to the city's two enterprise zones. The city proposes to remove some areas and add others to the zones. Enterprise Zones provide incentives for business to locate or expand.

The Cave Spring High School PTSO holds a blood drive today. The school is given points based on the success of the drive, which then becomes money for scholarships in memory of Hannah Bryant and Kendall Bayne, who passed away this year after fighting cancer.

Governor Terry McAuliffe holds an election night party in Falls Church tonight. The Democratic governor will join supporters and volunteers as the results come in. McAuliffe and other party leaders are expected to speak after the results are announced.

Liberty University's Student Government Association will hold an election result viewing party tonight. The non-partisan event will be held starting at 7 p.m. in the LaHaye Event Space.
