(WSLS 10) - Virginia Tech undergraduate students will pitch their ideas today in the ACC InVenture Prize. The finalists will have three minutes to pitch their business ideas and inventions. The winners will compete against others students from ACC schools in a Shark Tank style competition for up to $30,000.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission holds a public session today in Franklin County about the Mountain Valley Pipeline. The government agency issued its Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the project in September. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at Franklin County High School. Another meeting takes place in Roanoke on Thursday.
