Daytime Kitchen: Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Executive Chef Ted Polfelt joins Brittany and David in the Daytime Kitchen to make bourbon ginger cranberry sauce.

Here’s the recipe:

12 oz. Fresh cranberries
1 C Orange Juice
1 C Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 C Bourbon
1 T fresh shaved ginger
2 T Orange Zest
1 tsp salt

MOP: Combine all the ingredients and cook down on medium for 15-25 minutes until fully broken down. (Feel free to smash some of the cranberries with the spoon or spatula). When you have reached the desired consistency. Cool down and check for sweetness.
