Lewis was arrested and charged August 31 following an incident police say took place at the Goodwill in Christiansburg.

The incident happened at 7:30 p.m. on August 26, according to a town spokeswoman. Witnesses reported seeing a man in the store expose himself. Children were in the store at the time; however, no child was reported to have seen the indecent exposure, she said. Officers were also able to review store surveillance video.

Lewis is being held at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
