Natalie and Brittany are joined in the Daytime Kitchen by Executive Chef of 419 West Ted Polfelt. Today he is making cornmeal fried pork chops.
Here's the recipe:
3 boneless pork chops
1 pint buttermilk
1 C yellow cornmeal
TT Salt and pepper
1 pinch cayenne
MOP: Slightly pound out pork chops between two sheets of plastic. Soak in buttermilk and dredge in cornmeal mixed with salt and cayenne. Approximately 2 minutes on each side.
