The Garden Collective, a creative agency based in Toronto, Canada, launched an initiative, "Let's Tell America's It's Great," where Canadians can upload videos listing great qualities that define the United States.

The videos are later shared with the hashtag #TellAmericaItsGreat. Co-founder Shari Walczak told Buzzfeed News that amidst the negativity of the U.S. election, she wanted to insert a "positive antidote."

What started off with a meager 60 submissions has taken off with responses for all across the 'Great White North,' with submissions ranging from an appreciation of American music and food to the country's contributions in science and technology.

Walczak hopes the project will encourage Americans to "vote with [their] hearts" and not fall victim to the "negative verbiage."

Walczak's good intentions have not gone unnoticed. People have responded to the videos by replying with the hashtag #TellCanadaThankYou.
