Downtown mural to honor Edith Bolling Wilson

WYTHEVILLE (WSLS 10) - One local artist will put the life of a First Lady in color just down the street from where she was raised.

The Edith Bolling Wilson Birthplace Museum just commissioned a mural in downtown Wytheville, which tells the story of President Woodrow Wilson's wife from Wytheville to the White House.

Artist Andrew Williams was tasked with this latest edition to the downtown Heritage Walk. Williams also painted the Draper Mercantile mural in Pulaski County.

The mural is scheduled to be finished in about a month.
