Man pleads guilty to Henry County shooting

HENRY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A Pittsylvania County man pleaded guilty to shooting a man in Henry County earlier this year.

Danny Henley pleaded guilty on Friday morning to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a sawed off shotgun and unlawful wounding.

He was charged with shooting David Guilliams in the leg in February after an argument.

A second man, Jason White, was also arrested in connection to the shooting but his charges were dropped.

Henley is scheduled to be sentenced on January 4.
