Two arrested in connection to Montgomery County fire department vandalism

MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Deputies arrested two people on Saturday in connection to vandalism at the Longshop McCoy Fire Department, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The arrests stem from an incident on September 17.

Timothy James Toler and Martha Branagan Toler were charged with felony destruction of property/vandalism. The two have also been charged with breaking and entering (an outbuilding) and grand larceny from a separate incident on McCoy Road in the early morning hours of September 17.

The other two cases involving breaking and entering and grand larceny from the McCoy/Centennial area during the same time frame are still under investigation.
