ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - If you noticed you're getting a bunch of spam calls lately, even though you're on the do not call list, you're not alone.
Experts say a loophole is making it easier for spammers.
Scammers are sending bogus numbers to caller ID's to hide the real source.
A lot of the calls originate from other countries, out-of-reach of US law enforcement.
The government has started a robo-call strike force and is working toward a solution, but it could be several months until a permanent fix is in place.
