Dog dies in Roanoke house fire, 3 displaced

ROANOKE (WSLS 10) –Three people are displaced after a house fire in Roanoke .

Roanoke Fire-EMS Firefighters responded to a house fire Friday night at 11:45 pm in the 900 block of Gaymont St. The fire was under control by 12:33 am.

Crews arrived to heavy flames coming from the home. No one was home but one dog did die in the fire.

Damage estimates are approximately $130,000.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
