(WSLS 10) - The trial for the man charged with attempted capital murder in Pittsylvania County is expected to wrap up today. David Frizzell's capital murder charge comes from an incident in October of last year. Deputies say that when they pulled Frizzell over, he got out of the car holding a gun, which he refused to drop. He was then shot by a deputy.
Delegate Sam Rasoul moderates the third annual Education Town Hall on Public Schools. The discuss will center around issues affecting schools and will look for ideas to address them. The town hall begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Gainsboro Public Library in Roanoke.
