Washington Post: Ahmad Rahami bought his gun in Salem

ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - The Washington Post is reporting that Ahmad Rahami, the suspected New York bomber who shot two police officers, purchased the gun he used in Salem.

He bought the gun from a gun dealer in Salem on July 7, the Post reports.

The Post's sources say he was able to buy the gun in Virginia because he presented the dealer a valid Virginia state ID with a Roanoke address.
