ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Roanoke police are investigating a shooting that happened on Tuesday afternoon.
Ramel Abrams and Shekhera Saunderson, both 21 years old, were shot and taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, according to Scott Leamon with the police department.
Leamon said both were awake and talking when police arrived.
Police are searching for the shooter at this time.
